(1h6min) rad am ring, lap 12. legs better again, and the feeling exellent! hr ave 134, max 156. unbelievable event! riding in night without sleep is really hard, but gets much easier after sunrise. total elevation gain during 12 laps was 6000m.



sun: road biking 2h15min
(2h16min) rad am ring, laps 10&11. legs completely empty, but feeling better again. severely missing smaller chain ring... hr ave 130, max 151.

(2h35min) rad am ring, laps 8&9. legs bad and feeling quite bad and extremely tired. bigger problems with stomach. hr ave 125, max 151.

(2h3min) rad am ring, laps 6&7. legs ok and feeling still reasonable. small problems with stomach. hr ave 142, max 163.

(1h50min) rad am ring, laps 4&5. 1.5 laps with lars at very high speed. :) legs good and feeling very good! hr ave 152, max 173.
