sun: road biking 2h15min
nice and easy morning ride, weather perfect and legs ok. hr ave 115, max 149.

sat: mtb 2h15min
to lufthansa center and back. legs not the best. weather unbelievable good! hr ave 114, max 165.

sat: running 1h45min
running in the most beatiful and warm autumn morning. legs ok, but an apple & a coffee didn't offer enough energy. hr ave 128, max 154.

fri: gym 1h
upper body easily

thu: running 1h
incl 10min running for warm-up, this time it didn't help... tired and bad legs, hr ave 123, max 154.

wed: road biking 1h45min
summer is back - dark but warm after-work ride. :) legs ok. hr ave 116, mx 156.

tue: running 1h
indoor running, quite fast, legs ok. hr ave 154, max 178.

tue: gym 30min
back and abs very easily

mon: rest
traveling back to da
