to eberstadt and back + some extra, legs ok, and flu is gone. :) hr ave 123, max 140.

fri: gym 1h
a small flu, so very easily

thu: spinning 1h15min
legs good, a flu is coming... hr ave 140, max 167.

thu: running 30min
on a treadmill, a flu is coming... hr ave 150, max 175.

wed: rest

early in the morning, legs good, hr ave 128, max 150.
